SMS Terms of Service

1. Program Description
The Worthy DriveAuto SMS program delivers informational and educational text messages to users who have expressly opted in. There are two separate message categories, each requiring its own opt-in:
- Account notifications. Transactional messages related to your request, including delivery confirmations and account-related updates for content you have requested.
- Educational updates. Recurring informational messages on topics such as depreciation, market value, financing balances, mileage, total-loss settlements, and replacement costs.
2. Opt-In
You opt in by checking one or both SMS consent boxes on our subscribe form and submitting your phone number. Both checkboxes are unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of accessing any content on the Site, and providing a phone number is always optional.
3. Message Frequency
Account notification frequency varies based on your activity. Educational updates are sent approximately 4 messages per month.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details on your plan.
5. Opt-Out
You may opt out of any Worthy DriveAuto SMS program at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. After opt-out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent in that program.

7. Supported Carriers
The program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy and Data Handling
Your phone number and SMS opt-in data are used solely to deliver the messages you requested. We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your phone number, SMS opt-in data, or any related personal information to any insurance carrier, insurance agent, insurance broker, lead generator, lead aggregator, or third-party marketer under any circumstance. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Not Insurance
Worthy DriveAuto is not an insurance company, agent, or broker. SMS content is informational and educational only. SMS messages do not contain quotes, recommendations, or insurance solicitations, and Worthy DriveAuto does not connect users with any insurance agent or carrier as part of this program.
10. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms of Service. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
